In New London, New Hampshire, a kids baseball coach was accused of obligating a minor to play a strip Poker game, although he was released because jury thought there was not enough evidence to convict him. Brian Jensen was released from the charges that sustained he forced one of his players to play strip poker and later made him ride an all-terrain vehicle being naked. This man had already been convicted for these charges last summer, but he appealed the verdict and the jury absolved him.
The strip poker game is supposed to have happened one night in July 2004. Apparently Jensen took his two sons and this 12-year-old player for a ride after the strip poker game. The kid claims he was forced to play and after he lost, he was forced to ride naked in the forest where they were trekking. He says Jensen’s sons spread the story of what happened at the strip poker game at school and his social life was very affected.
The defense had Jensen and both of his sons to testify that the poker game and the ATV ride happened but there was no nudity involved. Jensen defended himself and claimed that the kid made up the story seeking for revenge because Jensen’s sons were tormenting him at school.
